    Description

    This is a sepia cabinet card photograph of a lovely woman wearing a spectacular dress.  It has an ornate collar with two bows at the bottom.  She is wearing jewelry and a choker.  The photographer was C. Loops of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  There are some pale notes on the back that I can't decipher.  The photo is in fine condition.
