Note 3 small unglazed marks in interior of casserole and underside of lid, created by kiln stilts during manufacture. Bright finish and colors. Overall shows quite light wear. Uncommon pattern.     Lovely, antique, well-kept, covered handled casserole, made in England, in very good used condition.
    TG & FB (Thomas Gimbert Booth & Fred Booth operated ~1883-1891)
    Parisian Granite (the company's name for ironstone)
    Tunstall England
    JASMINE pattern - uncommon
    Registry number 72631 molded into registry diamond indicates that the shape was registered in 1887
    Registry number 75878 printed on base and underside of lid indicates pattern registration in 1887
    Company mark on base used 1871-1891
