1958 Colombia 1 Centavo PCGS MS65  Pop 1, Only 1 Finer  Major Clashed Dies on this piece, the O from Centavo on the reverse sits clearly in front of the obverse profile, and the entire profile is clearly clashed on the reverse.  I did not submit this piece under the Mint Error service, and as you can see in my pictures, it is not labeled as such by PCGS but is as plain as day and could be sent back for this to be added.      Nickel Clad Steel
