John Glascow is a bike builder by
trade, and he believes in using his art to
give pleasure to himself He found the
rear quarter of a midget racer and since
he had an old three wheeler frame John
put one and one together and came up a
    winner
The frame was a 1947 Harley which
was raked and the front end extended
by wrought iron handmade forks a total
of 13 inches. The rear end was made
    rigid for a better ride
John cut down the metal racer body
to fit the frame and add-
    ed a little molding to
    ._________ress up the peanut tank.
•W' Frame was filled and sand-
ed after the metal work was finished
and the cherry frame, body and tank
were painted a deep, lustrous candy
    red
The engine, a 1947 Harley mill, was
completely gone through and a new
Linker carb added to help power plant
    breathe easier.
While the engine and suspension were
at the chrome shop. John worked out a
design for the driver’s seat and passen-
ger compartment along with a "T" type
    cover for the lucky companion.
    John enjoys putting around the
streets of Cudahy California with a
friend in tow. but likely this bike will go
the way of all the others he has built for
himself. He II soon be watching some-
one else zip around^in the little quarter
midget three wheeler But let's face it.
that’s genius after all who else
L would put one and one together and
    |^\ come up with three?
