Oregon
gay rights history.
A 1992 pinback button declaring, “No On 9”.
Ballot measure 9, if passed, required that, the state of
Oregon
“may not use monies to promote, encourage or facilitate homosexuality, pedophilia, sadism of masochism”.
The measure did not pass and formed the basis for a great deal of gay rights activism.
Excellent condition.
Measures h-2 ¼ inches in diameter.
