If a forklift is

available to unload your package, please ensure the
liftgate service fee
is paid.
Residential deliveries have an extra charge required by LTL to cover liftgate usage and city ordinance.
Be advised
not all LTL freight companies offer lift gate services in every town especially in rural areas.
A commercial address is
required
for all Battery Packs, Seats, Doors, Trunks, Hoods and other large body parts.
If you do not have a commercial address or a proper residential address reach out to us to work things out LTL items can always be held at your local hub and made available for pickup.
