These tough wire wheels are well-filled with crimped, untempered carbon steel wire. The diameter of the steel wire is reduced from 0.0118in（0.3mm) to 0.010in(0.27mm), which increases the strength of the steel wire. It has reasonable bending design of the curve and also increase the number and thickness of the bristles（1-1.5times) to ensure that the wire will not quickly fall off during the operation of the brush wheel in the shortest time and works more smoothly.
