    Description

    We are pleased to present a mourning or political silk handkerchief, 18" square. It is Victorian, circa 1890s to 1900. The 3.5" portrait shows a bearded man who I have not been able to identify. The handkerchief shows some light stains. There are numerous small pulls to the silk throughout, and a small hole to the right of the portrait.
