    PUCK, a political magazine, popular in its day and very popular still amongst political cartoon collectors today.
    A Napoleon of "high finance". Colored illustration shows Charles M. Schwab Napoleon sitting on a rock in the middle of the ocean, looking back at the setting sun labeled "Business Reputation".
    He is holding in his right hand papers labeled "Investigation Ship Building Scandal" other papers labeled "Steel Trust" are in his pocket.
    Across top of print reads:
