    Description

    Cool piece! A vintage industrial triple-beam balance scale, invented by Reinhold Kopp for the Welch Scientific Mfg. Co., in 1932.
    Even though the collectible scale is missing its scale pans, the hanging weights are intact (and they slide easily along the etched scale beams) The capacity of the scale is 111 grams.
    The stainless steel scale retains its original factory paint which is a great (slightly metallic) blue. There are some scuffs and chips but overall in nice vintage condition. (I hesitated to do a deep cleaning so as not to disrupt the stickers.)
