This cabinet card seems like it might be Robert or Irvin Dinger's Wife. Look at that gorgeous hat!
I love a good cabinet card with a story! Don't you? The genealogist in me needs to know about these beautiful people who lived so long ago.
This Cabinet Card is from the Decorah, Iowa area.
These are from a family with last name *Dinger*. Dad Frank, Mom Mary, daughters Ella and Eva, sons Robert and Ervin, and daughter Lulu Dinger. Married name of daughter Eva was *Baker*. Mother's maiden name was *Taylor*. The Victorian photo album I acquired from an estate sale had most of these family pictures taken in Decorah, Iowa. A few of the cabinet cards in the book were from other places. Just looking at all of these pictures tells the story of their lives. So wonderful!!!
It is a great photo and a very excellent picture for a collector of antique Victorian cabinet cards. There are many other photos from this family. Lots of them! Two full albums from this family.
