    Vintage, original albumen photograph on cabinet card, circa 1890, of Laura Louise Howard Ball (1868-1945),  wife of James Presley Ball Jr., attorney and publisher, as photographed by her father-in-law, James P. Ball, noted African-American photographer from Cincinnati, Ohio, as relocated in Helena, Montana, and in near fine condition.   As a footnote their two daughters, Alice Augusta (1892-1916) and Adelaide Grace (1896-1918), were both listed as "white" at the time of their deaths in Seattle, Washington.   In near fine condition.
