    Guaranteed original and authentic 1873 receipt for a large amount of different clothing items sold to John Calvin Coolidge Sr. (father of Calvin Coolidge, 30th President) by Gould, Davenport, & Spaulding of Boston, MA.  John C. Coolidge Sr. was a store merchant in Plymouth VT, and this large clothing purchase was probably bought for resale in his store in Plymouth, VT. This receipt is not signed by John Sr. but by " Evans & Webster Co."  Measures  8 1/2"  X  14"  .This receipt came from a large cache of receipts & Coolidge ephemera of a Connecticut collector. No stains, tears or repairs. Examine my pictures. Shipping is .06 First Class Mail (includes delivery confirmation).
