    Description

    Amazing, rare original 1891 Cabinet Card Albumen Photo of famous Co-Cathedral of St. Nicholas located in (Eperjes) Presov, Slovakia photographed by Karoly Divald (1830-1897).  Studio name with date on back plus handwritten description noting location Hungary (not Slovakia).  At that time Presov was part of Hungary.  This church is one of the oldest and most important in Slovakia.  This is a historical original image there is an engraving or other image taken from this photo online stating image is 18th century.  However, it is incorrect as it was copied from this photo.
