    Description

    Here is a great little folding grill for those of you that are Longhunters or going to camps that only allow you to bring in what you can carry in to camp. The grills overall measurements are 6 1/4" x 5 1/2"  and stands 2 1/4" tall made of 1/2" flat stock. When the legs are folded down the grill will lay flat and measures 1/2". This makes the grill easy to carry in your knapsacks. The grill weighs about 11 oz. The grill can be used with some hot coals pulled out of the fire and placed under the grill. You can then heat up your water, soup, or stew or grill your game right on the grill. George Washington used a grill very similar to this one in his traveling mess kit, which you can see in The Encyclopedia of The American Revolution on page 94. The grill is handmade by an American craftsmen.
