I got these from an estate sale. The fella was an L-BIRD "GRASSHOPPER" pilot in WWII, Korea and in Viet Nam he seems to have worked possibly for the Pentagon and Intelligence also. He also was very associated still with the L-BIRDS Fly-Ins etc. prior to his death, I have several hundred slides from the 50's 60's and 70's that he took of the planes and South East Asia,
I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE SLIDES AND OTHER ITEMS THERE IS NO DOUBT THIS GUY SHOWED UP JUST PRIOR TO OR RIGHT AFTER A LOCATION BECOMING A MILITARY HOT SPOT. THERE IS NO DOUBT HE WAS IN THE IN INTELLIGENCE IN SOME CAPACITY
I TOOK THEM TO WALMART AND HAD THEM PUT ON DISC, DISC COMES WITH THE SLIDES. I WANTED TO SEE THEM MYSELF AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHERS, THAT IS WHY I AM SELLING THEM SO THAT I CAN PAY TO HAVE THE OTHERS PUT TO DISC
ON A LARGE SCREEN MONITOR OR IF YOU CAN PUT ON YOUR TV THEY ARE AMAZING, THE CLOSE UP DETAIL IS PERFECT, I ALSO GOT HIS CAMERAS AND THEY WERE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY FOR THEIR TIME PERIOD, ALTHOUGH THEY WERE MADE IN THE 50'S I GOT A SURPRISING AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THEM.
THE PHOTOS ON THIS DESCRIPTION ARE 1/4 OF THE DETAIL THAT CAN BE SEEN VERY CLEAR FROM THE DISC,
I NOTICED SOME OF THE PHOTOS ON THE DISC NEED TO BE INVERTED BUT THAT IS VERY SIMPLE AND
THE KOOL THING ABOUT HAVING THEM ON DISC. THE PHOTOS CAN BE EDITED FOR VIEWING WHICH IS REALLY NICE FOR MAKING LIGHTER, ENLARGING ETC.
36 35MM SLIDES IN THIS GROUP, ONE OF THE LAST SLIDES SAYS  "ROCKWELL JULY 1960" AND I ASSUME THEY ARE ALL FROM THAT TIME PERIOD
INTERESTING SET OF SLIDES, IT STARTS OUT AT AN AIR SHOW, THEN TAKES 1 SHOT OF A COUPLE SITES, A COUPLE OF A BRITISH OCEAN LINER, A COUPLE OF HARPER'S FERRY, THEN RIGHT ON TIME TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE AMERICAN NAZI PARTY SPEECH, FIGHT AND ARRESTS, AND THEN TO PICKETS FOR SEGREGATION AT GLEN ECHO. I KEPT THEM TOGETHER AS A GROUP THE ORDER THEY WERE SHOT IN. I THOUGHT IT HAD MORE INTRINSIC VALUE THAT WAY

JULY 4TH 1960 AT THE NATIONAL MALL WASHINGTON D.C. 1 OF A KIND, NEVER SEEN BEFORE PHOTOS ON 11 ORIGINAL SLIDES OF GEORGE LINCOLN ROCKWELL'S RALLY FOR THE AMERICAN NAZI PARTY, THE FIGHT, THE ARRESTS THE AFTERMATH, THERE ARE SEVERAL SLIDES OF ROCKWELL.
Rockwell's rally was set for July 4, 1960,the third such rally, 2nd on the Mall. Rockwell and his men were confronted by a mob and a riot ensued. The police arrested Rockwell and eight party members. Rockwell demanded a trial but instead was sent to a mental institution for thirty days of observation. In less than two weeks he was released and found capable of standing trial. He published a pamphlet on this experience titled, "How to Get Out or Stay Out of the Insane Asylum". Thereafter, he became more careful in his rhetoric.
