Powder horn, hand engraved "Join, or Die."

Description

Believed to have been submitted in secret by Ben Franklin, the join or die snake was one of the earliest suggestions of rebellion against England. The need to stand together still rings true today. This genuine, functional cowhorn was wood fittings. The horn has been hand engraved with the Join or Die snake and the words in the original font. The straps are leather, with brass and cheveron trade beads. See pics for details and thanks for looking!
