The photo shows thre older adults dressed up as young girls with dolls.  The person seated appears to be a man.  There's a name written on the back that appears to be Salma Vannenbrush.  The imprint on the cabinet card is from Eisenberg Studio, W. Second Street, in St. Charles, Illinois.
The photo is mounted to a cabinet card that measures 4 1/4" x 6 1/2".  The photo is 3 7/8" x 5 9/16".  The upper and lower right corners are damaged, as shown in the images provided.  There's also some wear to the other corners and edges.  The photo is in very nice condition.
