:  July 20th, 2012 marks the first time I am not top rated since the program began.
We have averaged to a perfect 5 stars in all categories since it began based on ratings from you.  You had nothing to do with this change in our rating, it is because ebay has decided a seller must put tracking numbers on 90% of items shipped.  70% of the items we sell goes in a 3x5 envelope with 55 cents postage.  To do the tracking number means everything weI sell would have to go at the package postage rate which is almost .00.  Either I absorb this extra cost or I pass it on to you-for a service we have almost never been asked for-because we ship quickly.  Passing it on would mean adding  approx. .50 to the price on most items we  sell resulting in higher prices for you.  In addition ebay makes more in fees because final values would increase.  We have chosen-at least for now-to do neither. We hope you will continue and/or consider purchasing  our items despite not being "top rated".  I thank you for your past and future business.
