    Vintage 1950s campaign novelty nail file/emery board for L.W. "Scotty" Hinton, Sangamon County Superintendent of Schools (county seat: Springfield) in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
    Nail file measures 3 3/4" long x 7/16" wide at the widest.
    This item has been stored in a smoke-free environment.
