    Here is a
    Vintage Torsion Balance Company Scale, Style IL-7
    .
    Unfortunately, these does not have a “pivot point’ or at least we cannot
    figure out how to get it to that point. The Locking Mechanism does seem
    to secure and release the Balance but its ability to actually “balance” does
    not change. There are no obvious signs of damage, misuse or poor storage
    so we decided to offer this for
    PARTS, REPAIR or RESTORATION
    .
